Experience to share: "I originally lost my leg in a motorcycle accident in 1974. Being able to once again get on a motorcycle (the biggest one Harley-Davidson makes) and ride it well has made me 'whole' again."
Other comments: "In November 1999, a friend of mine and I rode to Los Angeles on our motorcycles to take part in the 16th annual "Love Ride", a charity ride for Muscular Dystrophy hosted by Jay Leno and many other celebrities. We traveled 300 miles from the Santa Rosa area to Downey, California where we stayed with some of my relatives. It was a huge event and me and my riding buddy got separated. I ended up riding home alone, at night, in the rain."
